We were so impressed by Garren’s service that we went back to ADB to create our wedding rings — this is a testament to the impeccable service provided by ADB. It was an absolute delight to work with Garren to design our engagement and wedding rings. Throughout the process, Garren was patient, sincere and never pushy to upsell the size of the diamond. I was referred to Varoujan and his team by a friend for an engagement ring. After meeting 3 other jewellers I decided to progress with Varoujan. From the start of the process until I collected the final product, Varoujan was professional, respectful, patient and hugely knowledgeable in the design of engagement rings. I went to the Australian Diamond Brokers on the advice of a friend of mine after going back and forth between what I would call instagram famous jewellers. The diamonds they showed me were significantly higher quality and much better priced than the jewellers I had spoken to. The team were really easy and explained all the differences to me as we went through the process. I chose the ring without my partner, which can be pretty nerve-racking, but their guidance made it an enjoyable process. My partner is stoked with the ring and we'll definitely be back to organise the wedding bands.

Let’s be real, when we are looking for a ring, none of us understand how complex the right diamond can be, however when I entered ADB I had the pleasure of dealing with Robert, who took that complexity all away. I told Rob about the different jewellers and prices and styles I had been bounced around from and together we sat down went through diamonds and designed the perfect ring for my fiancé. The customer support at ADB is very personal that I felt I was dealing with a family member and never a salesman. The quality of craftsmanship is that not even the streets of Hollywood have seen and the turnaround time of crafting the ring was insane! Usually Jewellers will give a 6 week wait time, but Rob made my dream ring happen in just under 2 weeks. I now enter the new year engaged and I thank Rob and the team at ADB helping me in that.I cannot recommend ADB enough, we will be back for our wedding bands and will recommend you to all our friends and family. If I could give 100 stars I would.

I just picked up the finished product and only have good things to say about ADB. It was a pleasure doing business with Garren and his Father. I was very surprised they could source this level of high grade diamonds with honest pricing. I would definitely recommend ADB to my friends and family. Keep up the good work Garren!
